Hello lovely readers. It has been over a year since I have shared any projects on my blog, and I actually considered closing it down because writing consistently has proven to be extremely difficult. BUT, I love sharing our home projects and my thrifting escapades with you, so here I am trying to make a go of it once again. Let’s see what has been going on in my life, shall we?
Hello everyone, I hope you all had an enjoyable summer! I would like to think that this has been one of the more enjoyable summers by far. I don’t know if it is because the kids are older or if I am just learning to sit and just enjoy the time we spend together. Our days were filled with trips to the pool, swimming lessons, cookouts and home projects. This is my Summer Progress Report so to speak, to give you a glimpse of what we have been working on and why I have been MIA these past few months.

Welcome to Part Two, the Bathroom Install in my DIY Plywood Floor Series. If you missed part one, where I discussed the cost and install, you can read that here. In this post I am going to show you how we installed it in our bathroom and the steps we took to fight future moisture problems.
If you have been following me on Facebook or Instagram, you know by now that we have installed plywood floors throughout the whole upstairs of our home, which is approximately 1600 square feet. I have received a lot of questions and interest about the project so I figured now would be a good time to talk to you about our DIY Plywood Floors.
Hallelujah, it’s moving day! Last weekend we finally moved the kiddos upstairs into their new rooms, and even though there are so many more things to do until the rooms are completely finished, I couldn’t wait to update you on all that has been accomplished over the past two weeks.
