Today is the day I wrap up my DIY Plywood Floor series. I wanted to give you an update and a summary of how the floors have held up over the past few months. If you need to catch up, read this, this, and this first.
Hello everyone, I hope you all had an enjoyable summer! I would like to think that this has been one of the more enjoyable summers by far. I don’t know if it is because the kids are older or if I am just learning to sit and just enjoy the time we spend together. Our days were filled with trips to the pool, swimming lessons, cookouts and home projects. This is my Summer Progress Report so to speak, to give you a glimpse of what we have been working on and why I have been MIA these past few months.
Hello Friends! Sorry for my absence last week, between making room for my treasures from Tour de Junk 2016, and everyday mom responsibilities, I wasn’t able to squeeze in the time to write.
We have been living in our home 6 years now, and I wanted to share how we live in a construction zone, just in case any of you are crazy enough to do it.
Here is my new logo, isn’t is great!? I hope you like it as much as I do.
Thank you for your feedback last week, even though my blog comment section was malfunctioning, I appreciate those of you who took time to voice your opinion on Facebook and Instagram.
Hello Friends! If you have been following along with my DIY Plywood Floor series, you already know the cost and install and how to install plywood floors in your bathroom. Today I am finally getting to Part Three, The Floor Color.
I will warn you right from the start, this is a lengthy post, almost 40 photos and lots and lots of words. Read more
Welcome to Part Two, the Bathroom Install in my DIY Plywood Floor Series. If you missed part one, where I discussed the cost and install, you can read that here. In this post I am going to show you how we installed it in our bathroom and the steps we took to fight future moisture problems.
If you have been following me on Facebook or Instagram, you know by now that we have installed plywood floors throughout the whole upstairs of our home, which is approximately 1600 square feet. I have received a lot of questions and interest about the project so I figured now would be a good time to talk to you about our DIY Plywood Floors.
Hallelujah, it’s moving day! Last weekend we finally moved the kiddos upstairs into their new rooms, and even though there are so many more things to do until the rooms are completely finished, I couldn’t wait to update you on all that has been accomplished over the past two weeks.
